- Deployed tailored leadership development programs for Spring Health managers to optimize individual performance and drive team effectiveness
- Delivered a team onsite and coaching program that connected our distributed workforce in meaningful ways, significantly enhancing team engagement
- Expanded team member benefits, including:
- Launching Noom, a weight management platform
- Introducing a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Tobacco Cessation Program through our own product, Spring Internal
- Implementing an employer contribution to employee Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
