Your Total Health, Physical and Mental
Health, Dental, Vision benefits start on your first day. You and your dependents receive access to One Medical accounts, with HSA and FSA plans are also available, with Spring contributing up to $1K for HSAs, depending on your plan type. You have access to Noom, a weight management program—based in psychology, that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals. You and Your Family
Becoming a parent is hard work, and being a good parent can feel even harder at times. We offer parental leave up to 18 weeks, depending on your eligibility including tenure and medical situation. Access to culturally competent and evidence-based care fertility care support through Carrot, in addition to $4,000 reimbursement for related fertility expenses. Additionally, access to Bright Horizons® – child care, back-up care, and elder care services is also available.
Your Compensation and Equity
Our People team benchmarks all salaries using the Radford Global Compensation Database for technology and life sciences industries. On top of competitive and benchmarked salary, Spring Health offers incentive pay (based on your role), and equity that begins vesting as we celebrate your first year with the company. A Spring Health sponsored 401(k) match up to 2% of your salary is also available after 90 days of employment.

Spring Health offers a robust set of benefits, but there’s a few more that we thought would matter to you: $1000/year professional development reimbursement, Focus Fridays (no meetings, no distractions), multiple Focus Weeks during the year, and up to $200/year in donation matching to support causes you care about.
Your Vacation, Time Off, and Sabbatical
Based on your role, we offer competitive paid time off policies including vacation, sick leave, and 12 company holidays. You decide when and where you need to take time off. When you complete your four-year Springaversary, you’ll get a four week, fully paid, sabbatical leave, called Spring Renewal.

I’m motivated to come and do the work knowing that I can face whatever challenges there are because of the support from my team and leadership that is available to me. And having access to insurance coverage that allows me to get regular facials on a budget is something I’ll always take advantage of!
What motivates me? I had a panic attack the eve of my 25th birthday. I knew then, I never wanted to feel like that again. To be part of a mission and team that is doing everything it can to help millions of others everyday to not feel like that or cope with their emotions and feelings might be the most impactful work I ever do in my lifetime.
I'm satisfied with my work for the first time in a long time. Spring Health's mission instills deep purpose in the work that we do, and that is something I value. I also have metrics that clearly define how I am supposed to reach the next promotional path or achieve my targets, and that transparency and dialogue has helped me feel more in tune with the quality of work I am doing.
I joined Spring Health as one of two customer success managers. As of today, there are over 70 of us, spending our days building relationships with organizations across the globe. I've had 2 promotions in less than 3 years and the chance to work with some of our largest customers and best leaders at Spring Health. I love our people. I love how much we care and how much it shows in how we show up everyday. I love that my job is to literally help people heal and getting to do it with some of the smartest and most empathetic humans.
