Your Total Health, Physical and Mental
Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available on your first day along with access to One Medical’s platform. Additionally, you will have yearly no-cost visits to the Spring Health network of therapists and medication management providers, and coaches, for you and your dependents. Team members also have access to the base level Gympass tier (with to buy-up with huge discounts) which covers live virtual classes and 5 partnered wellbeing/fitness apps.
Your Remote Work Flexibility
Your team members can be found in almost all time zones across the nation. You thrive when given the flexibility to work from home, and we'll also give you the tools and support you need to be successful.
You and Your Family
Becoming a parent is hard work, and being a good parent can feel even harder at times. That’s why we strive to offer you the best parental leave possible for you and your growing family. Childbearing parents are given 18 weeks of fully-paid leave, and non-childbearing parents are provided with 16 weeks. For team members who have been with us for less than 6 months, 10-12 weeks of fully-paid parental leave will be provided, ensuring that even our newest members can enjoy ample time with their growing families. We also provide access to Carrot Pro, who gives members culturally competent and evidence-based care for every fertility journey. Additionally, access to Bright Horizons® – child care, back-up care, and elder care services is also available.
Your Compensation and Equity
Our People team benchmarks all salaries using the Radford Global Compensation Database for technology and life sciences industries. On top of competitive and benchmarked salary, Spring Health offers incentive pay (based on your role), and equity that begins vesting as we celebrate your first year with the company. A Spring Health sponsored 401(k) match up to 2% of your salary is also available after 90 days of employment.

Your Vacation, Time Off, and Sabbatical
Spring Health provides team members with true, unlimited, vacation time. You decide when and where you need to take time off. In addition Spring provides 12 paid holidays throughout the year. When you complete your four-year Springaversary, you’ll get a four week, fully paid, sabbatical leave, called Spring Renewal.

I’m motivated to come and do the work knowing that I can face whatever challenges there are because of the support from my team and leadership that is available to me. And having access to insurance coverage that allows me to get regular facials on a budget is something I’ll always take advantage of!
What motivates me? I had a panic attack the eve of my 25th birthday. I knew then, I never wanted to feel like that again. To be part of a mission and team that is doing everything it can to help millions of others everyday to not feel like that or cope with their emotions and feelings might be the most impactful work I ever do in my lifetime.
I'm satisfied with my work for the first time in a long time. Spring Health's mission instills deep purpose in the work that we do, and that is something I value. I also have metrics that clearly define how I am supposed to reach the next promotional path or achieve my targets, and that transparency and dialogue has helped me feel more in tune with the quality of work I am doing.
I joined Spring Health as one of two customer success managers. As of today, there are over 70 of us, spending our days building relationships with organizations across the globe. I've had 2 promotions in less than 3 years and the chance to work with some of our largest customers and best leaders at Spring Health. I love our people. I love how much we care and how much it shows in how we show up everyday. I love that my job is to literally help people heal and getting to do it with some of the smartest and most empathetic humans.
